Agreement
Confirmed in writing. Any change is documented by addendum — nothing verbal.

Production & installation
Built to spec and installed in 8 steps: fixing, PU insulation, sealing, adjustment and clean-up.

Inspection & handover
Final inspection of every unit, signed handover protocol and the start of your warranty.

How installation works, step by stepWhat happens at each step
Contact. We register your request and reply within 24 hours; phone calls are always confirmed in writing.
Visit and measurement. Our technical team assesses the building, measurements and product type, and completes the measurement form and position specification.
Quotation. Within 48 hours of the visit you receive the quote with a final price, technical specifications, lead time and payment terms. The quote is valid for 30 days.
Agreement. Work does not start without a contract signed with the General Terms and, where applicable, confirmation of the deposit. Every change is documented by addendum.
Production and installation. Installation follows 8 steps: preliminary inspection, removal, frame fixing, PU perimeter insulation, silicone sealing, mechanical adjustment, final inspection and clean-up. See installation in 8 steps.
Inspection and handover. After the final inspection both parties sign the handover protocol; the final invoice is issued after it and the warranty starts.
