Request the 5-year warranty certificate for the product you bought from Apex Frames. After our team verifies it you receive a unique number (AF-…), and you can check the warranty term online at any time.

    First name, last name, email and phone. The more purchase details you give, the faster it is verified.

    We verify and approve

    Our team checks the purchase and issues the certificate with a unique number, valid for 5 years from the purchase date.

    Get your certificate

    Use the request code to download the PDF. Anyone can check the term online with the AF-… number.

No field is mandatory: give only what you wish. Please fill in at least one detail so we can verify the purchase (e.g. the invoice number or your name). Without an email, you see the request code only on screen: keep it.

How we use your data. The controller is Apex Frames SHPK. We use it only to review the request and to issue and manage the warranty certificate. Unapproved requests are deleted after 12 months; the certificate is kept during the warranty. You can request access, correction or erasure at any time at info@apexframes.co. Certificate questions

How long is the warranty?

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for 5 years from the purchase date. The certificate shows the start date and the expiry date.

What does it cover and what not?

The service includes repair or replacement of the product at no extra cost to the client. The warranty applies only if the product was used according to instructions; it does not cover misuse, accidents, extreme weather and unauthorised alterations; transport and installation costs are not included.

Who approves the certificate?

Requests are reviewed and approved by the Apex Frames team. Only after approval is the AF-… number and the PDF certificate issued.

What does the public check show?

Anyone with the AF-… number sees only the holder’s initials, start date, expiry date and status. The full name, email and phone are never shown.

I lost my request code. What do I do?

Write to info@apexframes.co with the details you gave in the request (e.g. the invoice number, name or email) and we will help you.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. Write to info@apexframes.co and we delete the personal data (name, email, phone, reference). The certificate stays valid, because the number, dates and status are kept without any personal data so the online check keeps working.

Do I have to give my name, email or phone?

No, none of them is mandatory. You only need to give at least one detail so we can verify the purchase, e.g. the invoice number. The less data you give, the less we store.
